This role focuses on maintaining and improving Grab Indonesia's social media presence by following and influencing our overall strategy, the Grab tone of voice and accurate reporting. In addition, this role will be part of the marketing team in driving clear results to grow further the Grab business.

  • Grab’s social media team is responsible for branding and marketing communications on all Grab social media assets & channels, meaning that we are not only to win their hearts and minds but also to put ourselves in the lens of consumers and partners.

  • The team must come up with social media strategies and campaigns to build the brand proposition of a technology company that does good for the country and also to grow Grab business and presence on social media simultaneously.

  • Report to the social media assistant manager

  • As a social media expert & social media project owner - 80%

    • You will be responsible for leading the execution of social media content and project scope for Grab Indonesia, and activities to ensure flawless coordination, and brand presence to align with the marketing objectives that the team helping drive forward a critical part of Grab’s overall brand matrix, especially for Logistic vertical (GrabExpress and GrabJastip).

  • As a Logistic business enthusiast and marketing - 20%

    • Apart from managing social media content, this role has to understand the logistic business metrics and follow the logistic business & social media trends and key opinion leaders on social media. This role must demonstrate an ability to excel within a cross-functional team environment. Highly organized.

    • Must demonstrate an ability to handle multiple projects, partners and escalations. Understanding of the logistics business, influencers and social media trends.

The day to day activities:

Ability to work closely with peers, creative team, vertical heads, support functions, external agencies, group leaders and other employees and departments in the company.

  • Social Media Management - 70%

    • Monitor, manage, report; consolidate social media data and conduct post-campaign analysis for GrabExpress and GrabJastip content and campaigns. Work with other departments to develop content plans & timelines coinciding with new product/campaign releases, campaign support content, and influencers' campaigns.

    • In relation to social media management: creative content creation that drives brand and engages customers, and keeps up-to-date with social media trends

  • Social Media Campaign & Project Coordination - 30%

    • Liaise with internal team & external agencies to ensure on-time full delivery of flawless and seamless coordination with related PICs and campaigns

    • Tracking results on a campaign basis by working with multiple stakeholders to ensure the campaign and social media KPI is right on track and delivered as committed.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

  • 3+ years experience in social media, marketing communications, online marketing, digital agencies, advertising and other related fields (FMCG, agency or tech/start-up industry background is a huge plus)

  • Communications, marketing, advertising, or related background

  • Proven work experience as a social media officer/executive or similar role

  • Awesome portfolio of social media works

  • Familiarity with social media content and campaign production

  • Excellent writing and editing skills for social media content

  • Understanding of how creative content can drive results for Brand and high brand conversation

  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Even better:

  • Been told you’re collaborative, entrepreneurial, flexible, and persuasive

  • Have experience managing logistic brands or related social media channel

  • Avid social media users and enthusiast

  • Have used Hootsuite, Social Bakers, Sprinklr, Creative Suite, Google Apps, PowerPoint, Slack, Photoshop skills, Basic video editing (minimum required)

  • You are not afraid to be in the spotlight

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day Grab Logistic social media content and campaign

  • Supporting Social Media projects execution, including creating and supervising content on social

  • Contribute and create a social media activity for GrabExpress & GrabJastip

  • Do the competitive audit of our brand competitors in the online logistic industry

  • Suggest and pick influencers to be part of the GrabExpress campaign
