We are looking for a Operations Planning Analyst who will be based in Pasuruan.

Your ‘day to day'

  • Support the strategic planning process in the local Affiliate
  • Analyze & report key manufacturing performance indicators and develop operation plans in capacity & resources
  • Able to handle Budgeting and monthly reporting in cooperation with Ops Finance

Who we're looking for

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance or a related field with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1 year in current position
  • Preferably have experience as Strategic Planning in the field of tobacco industry
  • Proven experience as a Strategic Planner
  • Good analytical thinking and fluent in English
  • Willing to be placed in Plant Pasuruan
  • Willing to be contracted for 1 year
