Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
  • Support trade marketing stakeholder in managing administrative tasks to run joint partnership campaigns with brands/ external parties in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as finance and merchandising team on the end to end agreement process
  • Support partner invoicing process including creating and managing Confirmation Letters, Invoice, and other documentations involved in the agreement process.

Requirements :
  • Hard worker, strong attention to detail and has a growth mindset.
  • Own a bachelor’s degree in finance or administration and/or has a minimum of 1 year experience in administrative position
