Support trade marketing stakeholder in managing administrative tasks to run joint partnership campaigns with brands/ external parties in a timely manner.
Work closely with internal stakeholders such as finance and merchandising team on the end to end agreement process
Support partner invoicing process including creating and managing Confirmation Letters, Invoice, and other documentations involved in the agreement process.

Own a bachelor’s degree in finance or administration and/or has a minimum of 1 year experience in administrative position
