Responsibilities
Build lasting programs with creators and partners to uplift our value proposition
Identify, onboard and maintain a good relationship with creators across many verticals
Provide ongoing support, education, post-analysis to creators and partners on how to best utilize and be successful with our platform
Be responsible creator growth, content operations, and monetization targets
Final year or recent graduate of any discipline from a reputable university
Preferably possess some understanding of social commerce and/or influencer marketing
Ability to leverage of different channels and sources to derive insightful business solutions
Be the “voice of customer” to the team and source for ways to improve our products and offerings
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and problem-solving skills
Demonstration of leadership and project management skills in past projects
Internship experience in e-commerce or having a solid understanding of the industry landscape in SEA is a plus
Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
A good team player, fast learner, and open to changes
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred to interface with local business; Other local SEA languages (Thai, Malay etc.) is nice to have.
