Your role

Are you a leader who wants to bring engineering excellency to the organization? Do you have a track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners? Do you have proven ability to solve complex issues, covering both technical and business needs?

We’re looking for someone who will:

  • be responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the IT team across several technical domains supporting the Indonesia business
  • face off to business partners and IT stakeholders, as well as 3rd party vendors and local regulators to forge solid working relationships
  • assess front-to-back business processes with a view to driving efficiencies with new technologies such as robotics and automation
  • take on project related work to support application releases or infrastructure setup
  • maintain Knowledge Database to provide on request in a structured way the needed information
  • be willing to work on weekends on occasion for scheduled tasks or in response to incidents

Your team

You’ll be working in the Emerging Markets IT team in Indonesia. As an IT Support Analyst, you’ll play an important role in production stability and system enhancement projects, work with wider teams to set standards, controls and best practices for the production environment. Escalate risks and key issues to global product managers for resolution and update global/regional IT heads. Build and maintain the relationship with senior business managers and stakeholders in the region.

Your expertise

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT support roles in financial services industry and managing support teams
  • ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking
  • hands on experience in Windows/Linux OS, Desktop PC and datacenter support
  • good knowledge in networking and monitoring tools
  • solid knowledge of trading and settlement systems, especially those related to the Indonesia market such as Jonec, Bizequity and S21
  • track record of influencing IT stakeholders and business partners
  • confident communicator in English and Indonesian that can explain technology to non-technical audiences
  • scripting knowledge will be a plus
