Job Description

Prepare and establish annual sales targets and plans for each brand for management approval prior to start of financial year.
To lead and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve bottom line as well as overall business unit profitability.
To ensure marketing activities are in line with brand identity and imag and formulate and implement strategic initiatives in S&M.
Provide leadership and directions in the daily operations of marketing & sales
Plan and organize the operational requirements and enhance on brand development.
Determine operating and expense budgets for all brands and ensure that such budgets are effectively managed.
Establish strong relationships with Principals, Department Stores, Malls, and other chains the business requires
Actively plan and implement marketing ideas and calendars.
Ensure that the international image and standards of all brands are maintained at all times based on the direction and strategy set by the Company.
Constantly enhance on brands' representation and visual display in the stores.
Ensure that in-store merchandising reflect the image and spirit of each respective brands.

At least 10 years' experience in related field and or Beauty/Electronic industry
Strong fluency in English
Proven skills in business, financial analysts and organization management
Strong leadership skill & experience in managing up to 50 people
Possess a degree in business, marketing or a related degree
Strong networking & strategic negotiating skill
Experience in managing P&L, Business unit profitability, Inventory management: stock holding, excess & obsolescence
