Provide pre and post-sales technical support to the Account Manager
Understand, analyze, identify and recommend customer’s business and solution requirements.
Verify configuration of the proposed solution upon request
Coordinate requirements for proofs of concept with Product Management/Product Development
Assist Account Managers in preparing a full proposal process, design, propose solution to meet customers’ requirements and specifications
Assist in tender technical compliance and design solution that meets the tender requirements/specifications
Involve in implementation of hardware and software
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Science & Technology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Grogol,Jakarta Barat.
Certification in IT specialties is preferred (CCNA, CCNP, MCSE, MCSA, MCDB, HPCP, etc)
Deep knowledge in IT product especially Data Center, Server, Storage & Network infrastructure
Hands on experience in installation/deployment and Project Management is a plus
Experienced with either HP, IBM, Dell, Fujitsu server; HP, IBM, NetApp, EMC Storage; HP, Cisco, Juniper, Netgear switches/routers/wireless/UTM would be a plus
Exprerienced with either Microsoft Server, SQL, Exchange, Oracle DB, MySQL, would be a plus
Ability to perform System Administration on Windows OS, Linux OS, Mac OS, and Unix OS is a plus
Ability to do presentation for a large group of audience
Ability to produce high-quality Proposals which convey complex analysis
