Our marketing department is looking for a digital-savvy Junior Associate - Digital Marketing Analyst to assist us in building, analysing, & optimizing our campaigns to achieve the business goals such as awareness & conversions (install, purchase).
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for digital marketing, especially performance marketing for mobile apps, love the numbers & data. You should know how to clean, process, & convert data into actionable insight based on business objectives.
As part of the performance marketing & marketing analytics team, you will experience the full 360 of what digital marketing can have on a business outcome. You will learn and receive mentorship from seasoned professionals with in-depth knowledge of digital marketing & analytics.
What You Will Be Doing
Analyse campaign performance and draw insights for our marketing & management team
Evaluate campaign performance to deliver constant improvements
Help to set up, run, & optimize the always-on campaigns in order to hands-on the performance marketing insight.
Turn data into action using internal tools; all our marketing campaigns are based on your data findings
Provide support for other departments in data pooling, processing, & analysing the data
Actively share the insight not only related to performance marketing but overall marketing to different departments
Collaborate with multiple departments to drive growth & process efficiency
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to convey information, insights and recommendations on various data analysis
Build and maintain dashboards
Analyse customers shopping behaviour and business growth
Who We Are Looking For
1 to 2 years of experience with Paid Marketing, especially in Google Ads (either Search, Display, Youtube, or UAC).
Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or other analytics tools
Familiar with Paid Marketing channels, such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Twitter & Criteo
Have at least 2 Google Certifications (Fundamental + Specialist)
Familiar with digital marketing for mobile apps & attribution for eCommerce.
Demonstrate ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritise and meet deadlines
Strong data analysis skills and creative/ critical thinking
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
Tableau, Power BI, SQL are a big plus
Fluent in English (Written and verbal communication skills)
