Gather information, understand and evaluate current business processes.
Create workflow diagrams, understand system capabilities, and write system specifications.
Improve system capabilities by studying current conditions and providing modification designs.
Determine the needs of a project based on stages, resources and budget.
Monitor the progress of the project by checking all activities, solving problems that occur, making progress reports and recommending steps to be taken.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information related to business processes and/or requirements.
Conducting reviews for all areas related to business processes including finance, operations, human resources, IT, marketing, and sales.
Provide process change recommendations to management based on analytical data to support these recommendations.
Provide appropriate solutions in an effort to improve service quality and company business performance in achieving company goals.
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or similar.
Have experience in a similar position 1-2 years.
Have in-depth knowledge in the field of information technology and business information analysis.
Mastering technical documents related to project requirements, reports, analysis and diagrams.
Have good communication skills and can explain simple technical descriptions.
Able to work in teams with different knowledge backgrounds.
