Position Purpose: Regional Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible for coordinating regional consolidations on internal and external reports, centralized purchase orders to global vendors, meeting schedule arrangement between regional and country teams, and for providing assistance to other sales & marketing coordination tasks
Requirements: Principal Accountabilities: 1. Coordinate, collate, consolidate, and upload regional internal and external reports:
Monthly Business Review Report; Monthly Event Update Report, Monthly E-commerce Sell Through Report, Monthly Purchase Report
Monthly Best Estimate Exercise
Weekly Meeting Minutes for regular connect between regional and country teams
Filing monthly SLOB reports from all countries
Weekly New Initiative Sell Through Tracking
Quarterly stewardship and audit reports – e.g., Store list, devices, etc.
Ad-hoc projects e.g., new sets, market data, etc.
2. In charge of managing meeting schedules:
Internal meetings between regional team with country S&M teams, DP teams, Retail Operation teams and other functions as needed
External meetings between LUXASIA teams and P&G teams
3. Coordinate centralized purchase orders for global vendors:
Get quotations from vendors and validate the price, quantity and payment term
Generate centralized purchase orders and liaise with each country team to ensure the products arrive on time.
Coordinate invoices from vendors to be processed by Finance.
4. Coordinate Brand Education & Training Schedules between Regional Training Manager and each country teams.
5. Coordinate sales and marketing team building activities
6. Assist Regional Deputy GM on other sales and marketing tasks
Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Experience:
At least 3 years working experience, in which 3 years have been in sales & marketing function. Prior experience in the prestige beauty and retail industry will be an advantage.
Analytical, numerically strong, meticulous and organized with a flair/passion for beauty products
A team player that thrives in a fast-paced competitive business environment
Possess good interpersonal skills and are able to build strong rapport with key stakeholders
Possess good communication and presentation skills, with a strong command of the English language
Education:
Minimum university graduate degree - preferably in Marketing or Business discipline
