Responsible to perform General Cashier and Payroll function
Responsible for counting remittances on a daily basis
Responsible to do coding of Petty cash, preparing manual journal
Responsible to perform Payroll calculation, payroll, annual leave, headcount, and Fte journal in accordance to Hotel PnP liaise with HR to obtain all reports for Payroll calculation including reconciling monthly employee income tax, its accrual, and payment of the tax, and annual employee income tax report
Qualifications
Indonesian Nationality with a bachelor degree in Hospitality /Finance or from any major
Has minimum 2 (two) years experience in a payroll or a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
Proposed ideas and preparing designs for BTPNâs internal and external communication channels/ contents.
Create visual concepts that convey the messages.
Create all Learning & Development Programs in line with all Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Standards.
