This role is based in Indonesia and will be part of the Lifecycle, Engagement & Retention team. The Lifecycle, Engagement & Retention team is driving engagement and retention across owned channels as well as optimizing user journey and experience. As the CRM Analyst, you will be responsible for advising on next best actions and innovations to drive engagement and retention, and lending support and advice on the forecasting & reporting of CRM team performance in Indonesia.

Responsibilities :
Understand factors that positively or negatively contribute to sales, engagement and retention performance and identify action plans to grow
Monitor and identify opportunities, collaborate with relevant stakeholders and advise on optimization initiatives to achieve engagement targets
Guide and advise on regional test and learn activities to improve conversion and campaign effectiveness across websites, app stores, performance, engagement and retention campaigns
Support the forecasting of engagement and retention working with sales, payment and finance leads across the region and utilizing LTV models
Support the regular business reporting of performance and insight sharing for the CRM team
Analyze customer profiles and insights to provide recommendations regarding sales and customer service initiatives
Align with research and analytics teams to undertake customer research or reporting to uncover insights
Basic Qualifications :
A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field
Experience in an online/digital subscription business or e-commerce is preferable
Deep understanding of consumer insights and digital trends
Highly numerate, analytical and with a commercial mindset with Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
Experienced in building customer persona and segmentations
Experienced in tracking campaign performance and pulling insights from campaigns
Experienced in working with digital marketing, finance and analytics teams
Highly inquisitive with passion for driving innovation
Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting
Deep understanding of data with the ability to link quantitative and qualitative inputs
Knowledge in SQL and data visualization tool is a bonus
Ability to analyse data, interpret and present meaningful stories
Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly while being an effective communicator
Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines
Meticulous and commitment to accuracy
