Job Description

As Product Innovation your responsible will include assist Product Innovation Manager in lead and direct team to originates it's own proposal for new potential products or products proposals coming from other departments, ensure the development of current products, and formulate strategies for effective marketing campaigns.

Supporting Product Innovation Manager in overseeing the entire development process of new products proposals.

Managing the process of contribution to idea, innovation, development of changes to existing product and new product opportunities in the markets.

Suggesting the composition of product committees, and act as secretariat for these committees.

Providing relevant material for the preparation of effective marketing communication activities.

Collaborating with other departments for products enhancements.

Creating analysis report about the development of existing products.

Contribute to idea for new exchange contracts and propose these for further research to superior.

Research and write draft proposals on agreed new products proposals.
Minimal Bachelor degree in Economic, Statistics, or Financial related field.

Minimal 2-4 years of experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in research and development related field.

Able to work under pressure, innovative, positive attitude, teamwork-person, time management, adaptable, stress tolerant.

Strong analytical ability to evaluate opportunities and current issues; Strong drafting skills to create proposals and report; Fluent in english (written and oral)
