Understand our user needs and personas in coordination with our customer success team.
Stay on top of the competitive landscape; see how other players in our space are positioning and framing their products.
Work directly with our product team to understand new products on the roadmap, and define the value proposition, messaging, positioning, and terminology for new products.
Work with in-house and freelance designers to produce both marketing and sales collateral, including slides, gifs, videos, and more.
Coordinate new product launches for existing and prospective customers with sales / customer success / marketing.
Prepare the marketing plan, forecast, promotional budget and strategies of each assigned product in the portfolio, to include CRM, incentives, in-app education, webinars, blog posts, paid ads, PR, etc.
Coordinate with channel partners on launch or promotion of our products.
Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree from any field.
At least 2+ prior product marketing experience. Start-up with financial services/payment experience is a plus.

Smooth and organized stakeholder and project manager-you can influence and coordinate across multiple teams in multiple geographies.
