1. Develop program concept, oversee planning and execution of offline marketing campaigns.
2. Engaged with communities across Indonesia cities with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping and co-learning within these communities.
3. Advise on the process from pre-campaign to post-campaign, including on-site logistics and post-event follow up.
4. Manage event calendar, project timelines, and event budget.
5. Evaluate and measure campaign effectiveness.
6. Manage and coordinate external suppliers including favourable contract negotiation.
7. Ensure adherence to the firm's branding compliance issues for campaign-related collateral.
8. Required to travel occasionally.
1. Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3-year related experience in community development and brand activation
2. Experience and well connected within the entertainment industry (movie, television station, music, label, and broadcast), experience with an internet company, or experience at planning and executing offline campaigns that are targeted to youth are preferred.
3. Familiar and well connected with communities across Indonesia.
4. Strong ownership and entrepreneurial spirit to pioneer and support business from zero to one.
5. Able to think strategically and good in executing projects
6. Native proficiency in Indonesian, fluent in English.
