Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Indonesia Job Description Vendor Performance and Development, Vendor Relationship, Managing Pre-Contract and during (Post-Contract) to ensure all parties to fulfil contractual obligation.
1. Sourcing, Hiring Vendor and worked with Legal to ensure Legal Document
2. Worked with Compliance to Guideline 3PDD Process
3. Vendor Assessment
4. Alignment with Procurement to RFQ
5. Prepare contract document for new Subcon
6. Vendor Performance and Development
7. Prepare document and process for subcon termination
8. Monitoring contract compliance and Renewal Job Requirements 1. Bachelor degree, majoring in Law/Finance/Accounting
2. Computer literate is a must
3. Fluent in English, writing and speaking
4. Minimum experience 3 years in legal or procurement department
5. Experience working at Logisitic/Transport company
