Job Description
  • Responsible for monitoring monthly targets and achievement for related Products
  • Researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit & service improvements
  • Understand the needs of business partners
  • Create relationships with new clients & build good working relationships
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients by providing support, information & guidance
  • Responsible for after-sales services
  • Maintaining documents needs with the legal and finance team
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Minimum +2 years experience in merchant retention, partnership, or relationship management especially in Fashion brand/industries
  • Preferably have sales background experience
  • Understanding one of the categories is suggested
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels and across all functions.
  • Must be clear, concise, and convincing in communication
  • Detail-oriented team player with good planning and problem-solving skills who is willing to go the extra miles
  • Sense of urgency for incident resolutions
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction
  • Proven experience in navigating the complexities of internal and external partnerships
  • Ability to gain a deep understanding of partner goals and objectives to structure a mutually beneficial solution
