Ability to Communicate in a Team, Vendor and with User


  • Ability to understand the application flow process, have a strong memory and good documentation & ability to find / identify bugs

  • Handle user request on bugs by understanding user’s feedback & communicate with the developers to get it fixed.

  • Responsible for functional test, system integration test & performance test execution and validate software applications prior to final release to customers.

  • Work Closely with Project Manager & Developers on the list of Issues.

  • Coordinate with Developers / Programmers, related to user requirement

  • Create Mock Up Design, Flowchart of system

  • Create Functional Specification Document (FSD)

  • Create Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)

  • Create Technical Specification Document (TSD)

  • Create System Integration Test (SIT) and

  • Create UAT Plan and User Acceptance Test (UAT) document

  • Create Minutes of Meeting (MoM)

  • Join User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with user/client


Requirements

More than 5 years experiences as Test Manager in Banking (knowledge in Treasury area is prefered)


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.

  • Have experience creating Technical Document, such as : FSD, SRS, TSD, SIT, UAT

  • Good understanding about concept of data migration from one system to any other system.

  • Good leadership skill, initiative, team work, and detail-oriented person.

  • Strong team player with high level of Integrity and Motivation

  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently.

  • Strong logical sense, high discipline and enthusiastic team player
