As part of our recruitment exercise for our Management Trainining for Business Analyst Program 2022 we wish to invite graduating students in Mathematics or Statistics major who are completing their final year of academic study by the end of 2021 to participate in the recruitment of suitable management trainees for our 2022 Management Trainee Program.
The objective of the program is to give selected participants an opportunity to undergo a comprehensive orientation and training program for a period of two years with the aim of developing the necessary skills set and at the same time, gaining hands-on field experience and exposure including the opportunity to interact closely and cross functionally with the company’s senior staff members.
Upon completion of the two year program, it is the company’s intention to offer each management trainee an opportunity to continue his career development in a position which is mutually of best match and fit in the organization.
