Job Description

Job Descriptions :
  • To implement the recruitment process through sourcing channel correspondingly with the target that has been determined therefore it can attract the proper employee candidates’ interest , internal nor external of the company.
  • To post job vacancies in printed media nor digital advertising to get the public’s response of interest.
  • To coordinate with the Head Hunter, job portal provider and related institutes to support successing events and sourcing activities.
  • To provide sourcing channel evaluation data.
  • To process the CVs selection according to the qualifications needed and passing the chosen candidate to the User.
  • To file the notes and coordinate with User to forward the candidate’s progress to the next selection step.
  • To follow up the candidate process to the Selection team and file the notes.
  • To process the internship needs of related S/BU, including the intern candidate’s screening up to acceptance process.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Any Major
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office)
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City
