Job Description

Legal research on simple matters (submitting documents, obtaining licenses, confirmation on procedure with government officers)

Contact with third parties, e.g. investors, agents, government officers

Involve in internal projects (financing, new initiatives)

Drafting documents (simple agreement, statement letter, POAs)

Coordinating and managing legal team (expenses, contacts, vendors, budgets)

Making basic SOPs, list of documents in order to support other departments

Having a very basic knowledge on corporate law

Attend meeting, coordinating and prepare MOM with notary or more senior government officers

Inserting / drafting supporting documents for licenses in simple form and crosschecking data in documents

Providing corporate documents request

Updating company profiles (internal)
Bachelor degree of Law

Have experience as legal administration;

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Proactive and eager to learn;
