Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible in determine staffing needs.

  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Screening resumes.
  • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
  • Communicating company information and benefits during screening process.
  • Coordinating interviews with the top Management.
  • Following up on the interview process status.
  • Performing reference and background checks.
  • Making recommendations to company.
  • Implement new sourcing methods.
  • Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
  • Discuss training requirements with Management and develop training programs to improve skills throughout the company.
  • Plan and evaluate the resources needed to meet training and development goals.
  • Training and development officers manage training programs to ensure they are delivering results.
  • Prepare progress reports for the Top Management and maintain employees’ training records.
  • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
  • Administering appropriate company assessments.
  • Conduct appraisals & exercise warning letters.
  • Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and government laws regarding employment practices.
  • Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
