Summary:The work schedule for this position is:
Start date: Candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (4 weeks) of receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.
Incumbent is responsible for day to day supervision of the guards assigned to all USG facilities and Residents. Incumbent will ensure all guards are performing their duties in accordance with the Guard Force Orders and Post Order and RSO directives. Incumbent will report all security related incidents to the Deputy Commander in Charge of the Compound at the conclusion of their shift. An emergency security related incident will be reported immediately. Incumbent will issue orders as necessary and pass instructions from the Guard Force Commander and Deputy Commander, LSY staff and/or RSO Office.
EXPERIENCE : Two years experience in police/military or security related duties, with additional six months of the experience as a line supervisor or working leader with responsibilities for coordinating a range of activities that involve directing, monitoring and redirecting actions of a team.
Education Requirements:EDUCATION : High School or equivalent is required.
Evaluations:LANGUAGE: Level III English and level III Bahasa Indonesia is required (This may be tested).
