Position Purpose: :
To oversee and ensure receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations are in place and comply with policies and standard operation procedures. To control inventory levels in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods, conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence operation.Description of Duties:
Data & Reporting
Supervise the SAP process of Inbound, outbound and return Preparing reports related to stock count, inbound, outbound, and return using SAP system include (KPI), OT (overtime), freelance, etc. Prepare receiving report - put away Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse statusWarehouse Operation
To prepare annual initiate plan and stock take/count activity Conduct and manage cycle count Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Back up admin inbound, outbound and return Liaise with import team for incoming shipment and ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy Liaise with regional logistics team Acting as general affair for WHS Control the process of customer orders and delivery according to customer requirement Control warehouse, storage area and keep good condition according to GDP Control operating cost and budget according to company Implement efficient inventory control
Do resource planning and organizing in order to smoothen the operation

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field 5+ proven work experience to manage warehouse Experience in warehouse management in the large scale warehouse and parts control is a big plus

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistic Management Good command of English Computer literacy Inventory Management Knowledge of warehouse software packages (SAP preferred) and MS Office proficiency Solid experience in implementing processes, Inventory Control, reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Equipment Maintenance Highly committed, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
