1. Berpengalaman sebagai SPV Contact Center (WAJIB) selama minimal 2 tahun
2. Pendidikan minimal D3 atau sederajat
3. Terbiasa Membuat report harian/bulanan/tahunan
4. Terbiasa membuat PPT Report Call Center
5. mengerti / memahami dan Mampu Menganalisa report SERVICE LEVEL / CMS / CASE OPERATIONAL CALL CENTER
6.Fasih dalam berbahasa Inggris (Di Utamakan)
7. Maksimal usia 35 th
8. Bersedia di tempatkan di Kota Semarang
