  • Review and perform financial evaluation on incentive business cases
  • Review and perform financial evaluation on distribution recruitment schemes
  • Perform post implementation review on approved incentive business cases
  • Tracking of incentive spent vs agreed number
  • Working independently with distribution channel to evaluate effectiveness of compensation to sellers and recommend changes to management together with distribution channels
  • Financial evaluation of distribution related projects
  • Co-ordination of these projects with other stakeholders within PLAI
  • Co-ordination of approval process with PLA Management, PCA and implementation within Finance and Channel
Requirements:
  • Good analytical and technical skills, i.e. Ms. Excel, other Ms. Office tools, VBA, and SQL. String Ms. Excel skill is highly valued.
  • Good actuarial study progress as demonstrated by GPA and/or actuarial exams
  • Have high willingness to learn and good attitude in professional environment.
