YOUR ROLE

The Science and Lab Solutions (SLS) is a business division of our Life Science. It provides a more seamless experience to customers as they continue to benefit from our scientific expertise and access to one of the broadest portfolios in the industry. The SLS business division in Chemicals and Life Science in Indonesia is seeking for a talent who is aggressive, has high aspiration and drive as well as having a growth mindset to be appointed as Inside Sales Executive.

WHAT YOU DO

In this role, you will be required to develop business, execute sales plan and support the growth strategy to achieve defined sales targets through mainly online channel. In addition, you will have to develop sales pipelines and submit sales forecasts on a timely basis. You will work closely and directly with customers (end-users) to proactively pursue and follow up sales opportunities as well as in collaboration with internal stakeholders (field sales and customer excellence) to deliver customer solutions and improving customer experience.

This position will require prioritizing and managing a territory through planned coverage and interaction with key accounts, thought leaders and end users.

WHO YOU ARE

Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in any field of study
  • Have professional experience min 1-2 year as Online Sales and/or Marketing in chemical or life science industry
  • Basic ability to speak English
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office software in a business environment.
  • Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision


Preferred Qualification
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in a life science related field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology and pharmacy).
  • Have a good market knowledge of life science and chemicals business.
  • Sales competency includes selling skills, relationship building, prioritization, call planning, follow-up and closing skills.
  • Good communication skill and Capability of establishing relationships at all appropriate account levels to close the sales process.
  • Have experienced in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as SFDC is preferred
  • Ability to work as a team and in a matrix organization.
  • Good learning agility and a fast-learner
