Implements and administers various Human Capital plans, policies and procedures.
Maintains Human Capital & General Affair information data, including but not limited to employee wellness data, attendance, performance and engagement.
Review and analyze Human Capital & General Affair data to create better employee experience.
Assists in driving a high level of employee engagement by updating company information and coordinating company events.
Acts as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices, and regulations.
Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, Human Resources Management or related, Master's Degree will be an advantage.
Experience in data analytics and data visualization.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and accomplish a large amount of work.
Good attention to detail, providing an efficient administrative service.
Result and service orientation.
Comfortable with change dynamic.
Able to work in a team, responsible, and highly initiative.
Have the ability to make an informed decision based on data and statistic.
Perform Quality Assurance checks during verification calls to eliminate incident reports.
Liaise with brokers through calls/ emails for any bookings submittedâ¦
