To develop state-of-art and advanced algorithms, encompassing Machine Learning and Deep Learning models to boost and enhance data mining and pattern recognition for quality, yield improvement and wafer/die level screening.
To work with Product/Fab/Engineering teams on product issues (such as yield/intrinsic/defectivity) using advanced analytics and data mining and modeling to provide optimal disposition solution.
To implement and validate product-disposition solution with optimized yield impact.
To collaborate with TD/Fab/PE to improve prime wafers by optimizing and reducing wafer level downgrade.
To develop understanding of test flows and product-dispo framework and make use of big Data to highlight strength and weaknesses in production process and improve quality of material produced with lower cost and faster cycle time.
Explore novel and innovative methodology and solution with AI/ML to improve PE KPI of Quality, Yield and Cycle Time.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Computer Engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid technical judgment with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in high-pace environment, adaptable and deliver results within deadline.
Strong teamwork skills and able to collaborative with cross functional team.
Good understanding of 3D NAND defect mechanisms, NAND test flows and manufacturing process.
Candidates with strong grasp of Machine/Deep Learning, Perl, Linux, Power BI, Tableau skills is advantages
