Job Description

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:
  • Make sure that the needs of Sayurbox’s customers are being satisfied
  • Maintain and develop service to customers to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to solution
  • Handling and managing customer service reports and data
  • Analyze customer service reports and data to decide on the action plan for improvements
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment


Qualification Requirements:

  • Have experience in the same field for min 1 year
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints
  • Willing to work on the weekend


Skill Requirements:

  • Have an ability to think strategic
  • Excellent skill in leadership, team management, and business orientation
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Customer is king attitude
