Job Description

Answer user requests from telephone, email, messenger.

Log every user requests into ticketing system (Incident Request, Change Request, Service Request).

Troubleshooting Incident PC dan peripherals (first level, non-server).

Capture log or screenshot of errors happened in troubleshooting process.

Install operating system or standard applications such as Office, Browser, Antivirus etc.

Escalate problems to second level engineers or superintendent.

Monitor cases until solved and close the case.
Have basic skills in Networking and Computer Hardware.

Have basic skills in Desktop Publishing.Possess skills for IT system and application

troubleshooting.

Have high interest in information technology especially in troubleshooting.

Have good command of MS-Office.

Have good command of English (passive).

Have good command of bahasa Indonesia (speaking and writing)

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
