About the Role
Fasten your helmet and climb aboard if you’re ready to be our Brand Executive for GoFood. In this role, you will be an integral player within the GoFood Marketing team based in Jakarta, Indonesia. Focusing heavily on turning your idea into an awesome campaign, you will manage various campaigns for GoFood in efforts to drive brand love towards GoFood. The folks in the GoFood brand, product, analytics, creative and strategy teams will be your companions on this ride. Your efforts will help us to maintain GoFood leadership in the market.
What You Will Do
Manage end-to-end campaign development including campaign briefing, creative execution and post-campaign analysis.
Execute integrated campaign plans that include activations across many formats and channels (e.g. video, interactive, social)
Collaborate with cross-functional creative, media, communications, analytics, research and business strategy teams throughout the campaign development process.
Collaborate with regional marketing heads to create localised GoFood campaigns and ensure the exposure of the GoFood brand in each region.
Work closely with product managers on product innovation from scratch, understanding consumer tension, ensuring the right communication for the new innovation and deploying the go-to-market strategy to boost the awareness and usage of the new innovation.
Partner with analytics, production and creative teams to test creative. Integrate learnings into campaign and media strategy so that campaigns are constantly iterating and evolving
What You Will Need
Bachelor's degree from reputable universities or equivalent practical experience
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing especially in brand management, digital marketing, campaign marketing or CRM, preferably from a technology-related business (e.g. ecommerce, ride hailing, food delivery)
Experience in managing campaign development and executing
Experience working with cross-functional/cross-discipline stakeholders, and drafting and leading communication plans for internal stakeholders
Experience with solving problems and thinking strategically
Experience in brand health tracking on the reporting, trend monitoring and developing an improvement plan
About the Team
Our Brand Marketing team is a subsidiary of the GoFood Marketing team based in Jakarta with 6 people on the team which consist of brand managers and brand executives. They are the magicians who combine logic and magic to create a brand that people love. Our main responsibility is to develop GoFood’s marketing campaign that ensures GoFood continuous growth. Making sure everyone knows, always thinks about GoFood and we also want everyone to stick with GoFood. But more importantly we want to deliver Joy in the life of our consumer through the assortment, recommendation & rewards in our platform.
Some of our past marketing campaigns include Foodiskon, Pasti Ada Promo and many more. Currently, our team has been working on a lot of innovation, branding and promotional campaigns, which will help GoFood maintain our leadership in the market.
GoFood Marketing team believes the growth of the business is driven by the growth of the talents. Of course we care about the business number, yet we also care about each other’s well-being and growth journey.
