Primary Responsibilities:
Airbus Indonesia Nusantara (AIN) - Management
Ensure AIN complies with Airbus standards and procedures.
Foster further integration of activities among divisions, and look for potential synergies.
Control cost of Operations activities, with AIN CFO
Ensure Airbus’s Ethics and Compliance approach and the respective rules and behaviors are respected and followed by employees
Airbus Helicopters Scope
Manage the Customer Support, leading CSM, CLM and TechReps, to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve regional objectives.
Support AH fleet (70+ aircraft) and maximize fleet availability in Indonesia, in collaboration with Sales/SSM team
Be the POC for critical customers in Indonesia
Implement Strategy set in the region for Indonesia, with processes, procedures and improvement projects.
Manage MRO center, and implement Dragon project if finally executed. In case of business transfer, ensure smooth operational transition to future MRO owner.
Ensure CEFO for GovMil and Civil are in place, and participate actively.
Approve offers and other requests following DoA.
Airbus Defense and Space Scope:
Manage Programs of TAL (C295, NC212 and CN235) in Indonesia.
Lead implementation of current and future offset/industrial collaboration packages derived from sales contracts (i.e. A400M).
Control manufacturing of components (C295 Emergency Doors, Rear Fuselages, Empennages, Spares) made by Industrial partner (PTDI) to ensure on time and on quality deliveries to FAL C295 in Spain.
In case of signing new contracts of C295 in Indonesia, be responsible of deliveries of aircraft assembled in FAL & DC Indonesia on time, on cost, on quality, in collaboration with the industrial partner and leading MFT from ADS Spain.
Control the debt between PTDI and ADS, including the negotiation of compensations between the different contracts between both companies.
Communicate and intermediate between ADS organizations in Europe and the industrial partner/s in Indonesia.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Support ADS Commercial department with selling campaigns in South Asia, Procurement department for the procurement processes and industrializations of aerostructures packages, and Services Programs and Services Sales to improve fleet availability of ADS aircraft operated in the country, mostly C295 of IDAF at the moment.
Coordinate and align with AI, AH and ADS the activities performed in Indonesia.
