Job Description

A fashion company based in Australia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Production Manager Assistant (Full-time)

Responsibilities:

  • Receive Purchase Orders from Graphic Designer
  • Handles all Made To Order and custom orders
  • Liaising with manufacturers to ensure the quality and the garment is perfect
  • Ship orders and send tracking to Australia
  • Communicate closely with the Australian office where the orders are and when they are sent
  • Check the garment of the manufactures
  • Communicate with the team in Australia
  • Receive PO’s from seniors
  • Handles all Made To Order’s and custom order orders
  • Liaising with manufacturers to ensure the quality and the garment is good
  • Communicate closely with seniors where orders are and when they are sent

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience working in a similar role
  • Experience working in quality control
  • Proactive teamwork attitude
  • Willing to go to the manufactures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent research skills

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Production Manager: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
