Job Description:
  • Main legal PIC for all Tokopedia's website terms and conditions.
  • Accommodate and arrange meetings and coordination with all stakeholders and/or requesters, to review and compliance check for requested business initiatives that need to be regulated in terms and conditions.
  • Manage the process of terms and conditions creation (new and/or revision) and liaise with all stakeholders for the approval process.
  • Monitor the requested creation and revision of terms and conditions to be lived in Tokopedia's site and all required action in relation to the creation.
Job Requirements:
  • Maximum of 1 (one) year experience working in a legal environment, fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent and has an in-depth understanding of business and corporate laws and other e-commerce related regulations.
  • Experience in drafting (Indonesian and English) legal documentation.
  • Good business writing and effective interpersonal and communications skills, in Indonesian and English.
  • Able to be proactive and initiative with good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent teamwork.
  • Ability to work in a confidential environment.
  • Well organized and attention to detail.
