Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Advertising/ Media, Mass Communications, Marketing, Business Analyst, or other related major
3 years of working experience as a Digital Strategist
Preferably specializing in digital strategies/market research or equivalent
Have a broad knowledge of digital marketing trends and market research Have a great communication and presentation skills
Familiar with various Digital Marketing tools/channels (SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Paid Ads)
Familiar with various monitoring and data visualization tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, FB Insight, Hootsuite, etc)
Good leadership, creative, passionate, and always strive to learn new trends
Having a good network of KOL is a plus
Job Description
Lead the digital marketing team to create presentations that win the pitch Create 360 digital strategies for the clients, based on trends, target market, and business objective
Monitor the strategy/project execution, and provide the analysis report for further recommendation
Conducting research to determine brand positioning, market trends, persona, and other parameters that can enrich the digital strategy.
Manage and develop a high-performance digital marketing team
Inspire team growth by creating internal sharing mechanism on digital trend updates
Create and present report to the client and get feedback for future enhancement
