Position Summary:
As the part of HR Recruitment team, you will run and manage full cycle recruitment in order to support and deliver best service to all departments. You are responsible to guiding candidates through our hiring process as well as ensure manpower fulfillment across department. You will handle from sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, filing and other related recruitment process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Full in charge in end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job posting, sourcing, conduct test, interview, background checking, offering, and signing)
Arrange and coordinate recruitment activity such as campus hiring, job fair, admission test, interview
Manage talent pipeline and candidates pool, including determining resources status and needs.
Conduct interview using behavioral/competency based
Collaborate with cross functional teams (hiring managers) to deliver maximum result on fulfilling manpower needs
Provide an excellence onboarding experience and internship program for new employees.
Update and provide timely feedback to hiring managers (user) for all candidate process
Develop and improve current recruitment process
Prepare offer letter/employment agreement for signing process
Liaise between new hires and human resources department, ensuring submission of all documentation required
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree from Psychology, Human Resource, Management, Business Administration, Communication, Law or other relevant studies, with minimum GPA 3.0 (scale 4.0) from reputable university.
Min. 1 years of experience in the recruitment area, have an experience in recruitment agency or HR/Management Consulting will be an advantage
Preferrably have an excellent interview skill (behavioral/competency based interview)
Familiar with Application Tracking System or Recruitment Vendor Management
Have an experience as test administrator, familiar with Psychological Test will be an advantage
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill
Able to work in tight deadlines
Able to work in fast moving and demanding environment
Stakeholders: Business Development / Sales / Customer Success / Marketing.

Fluent in English and able to make report in English (this is a must).
