Job Description

  • Analyze the challenges and new strategic opportunities for company's potential development.
  • Develops working plan and deliver good analysis on strategic issues.
  • Responsible to deliver annual strategic plan, including involving multiple internal stakeholders, and subsequently disseminating the material inside and outside the organization.
  • Monitor and analyze of all aspects of Company performance to identify performance issues and assist in the development of company's performance.
  • Identify and analyse corporate and business unit related strategic initiatives, including M&A transactions, including performing analysis in areas such as commodities, financial performance, markets and competitors.
  • Develop presentations, financial models and board papers Ensures the availability and provision of high quality and specialist ad hoc analysis skills to the company to support strategic project work.
  • Provides high level strategic, planning and policy advice to regional management on things that affect the future business operations Develop specific strategies for product streams or regional strategies.


The Successful Applicant

  • Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and/or Professional Accounting Qualifications (ACCA/MACPA/ICAEW/CIMA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Preferably with at least 4 years of working experience at strategic consulting firm.
  • Several years of experience in a large scale companies (multinational business).
  • Strong in commercial and strategic.
  • Experienced & proven analytical & problem solving skill.
  • Computer literate (i.e. MS Word, Excel and Power Point).
  • SAP experience is preferable.
  • Very good communication skill in English and Bahasa, both speaking and writing. Must be fluent in English.
  • Committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible & organized in work.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eager to make change on way of work.
