Equipment Technician





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Perform maintenance programs (Preventive Maintenance, Repair Maintenance, and Breakdown Maintenance) Technical System in the production and packaging area according to standard procedures related to monitoring and CMMS INFOR EAM systems.
  • Participate in Shift Handover Meetings with the previous and following shift teams.
  • Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) related to the Technical System in the production and packaging area.
  • Responsible for observing, identifying and reporting abnormalities found during maintenance and / or repair activities.
  • Responsible for 5S implementation at the Equipment Workshop.
  • Support and assist the process of hazard identification and HSE risk assessment associated with activities in the work area.
  • Implement and maintain operational controls from the results of hazard identification and HSE risk assessment related to activities in the work area.
  • Support and assist the implementation of K3L and Environmental Programs related to their work areas.
  • Support the implementation of K3L communication, participation and consultation activities.
  • Report any work accidents, near miss, actions and dangerous conditions that occur in their work area and / or all areas of the company.
  • Assist in the process of investigating incidents that occur in the area they lead.
  • Comply with all K3L regulations in the company.
  • Stop the process in the work area if there is a non-conformity with K3L.
  • Reprimand anyone whose activities do not comply with K3L regulations in the Cimanggis factory area.
  • Have accountability for accidents and occupational diseases that occur in the work area.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Have work experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry for at least 1 year
  • Have experience in maintaining production and packaging machines for at least 1 year
  • Understand and be able to speak and write English
  • Having good leadership and communication skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Having the ability to control conflict and ambiguity
  • Can work in teams
  • Can work under pressure
  • Minimum D3 graduate (electrical / mechanical / mechatronic engineering)
