Job Purposes

Bertanggung jawab dalam menjalankan aktivitas-aktivitas terkait dengan pengembangan produk dan fitur jasa layanan electronic channel mobile/internet/channel lainnya sesuai strategi dan arahan bisnis yang telah ditetapkan dibawah koordinasi Digital Banking Development - Consumer Banking.

Responsibilities

1. Menyiapkan rencana aktivitas electronic channel / digital banking
2. Menyiapkan kebutuhan anggaran terkait dengan rencana aktivitas digital banking
3. Menyiapkan dokumen-dokumen pengembangan produk dan fitur terkait dengan rencana aktivitas digital banking
4. Menyiapkan, melakukan pengujian dan memonitor pengembangan (pre, post) produk dan fitur sesuai rencana (jumlah transaksi, error rate, SLA channel, down time, audit findings)
5. Membantu pengembangan soft dan hard skill pada unit kerja digital banking, serta pihak terkait lain (internal/eksternal) atas produk dan fitur yang dikembangkan

General Qualification

  • Soft Competency: Managerial, communication, negotiation skill
  • Technical competency: channel knowledge, project management, reenginering, product and general banking knowledge, computer skill
