Managing the design and the implementation of all Compliance plan and programs.
Ensuring timely and quality delivery of all Compliance plan items throughout year
Leading and managing all Compliance projects (and/or taskforce) including Compliance projects in relation with regulations.
Set up new Compliance policies and manage an active role in implementing new Compliance policies.
Provide professional, prompt Compliance advice and support including dissemination, assessment, and interpretation of regulatory guidelines, circulars, and Company policies.
Contribute to assessment of Compilance risks in project, new business initiatives, marketing materials and daily business operations by providing advices and expertise to appropriately address these Compliance risks.
Ensure KYC/AML practices which are in Compliance with regulatory and Company's requirements, which include liaising with regulator/PPATK, identfying gaps/issues, proposing solutions as well preparing internal reporting

Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Law or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
Brainstorming and implementing social event concepts and themes.
Responsible for the revenue target in the region.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
