Lead and implement short to mid-term strategic marketing, brand plans for the products based on the consumer market, and technical insights.
Contribute to the annual brand plan strategies, by assisting in content and material development, therefore these plans are consistent with the overall mission, vision, and objectives.
Develop a strong alliance with the project team and drive product renovation or innovation projects with clear project plans & timelines.
Define advertising objectives, recommend the choice of media, and allocate resources so advertising campaigns are effective, economical, and appropriate for the intended audience.
Provide feedback and insights on market trends to review and adjust marketing strategy and plans that meet the changing markets and competitive conditions.

Lead, coach, and inspire individuals and cross-functional project teams to realize performance improvements and personal growth.
Review and give constructive feedback to further develop the skills and performance of the campaign marketing team - direct subordinates.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication is a must.
Minimum 3 years’ related job experience may be strongly preferred.
Creative agency background is preferred
Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
Understand current marketing trends.
The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
To prepare/maintains the daily DC RFI and reports for Fab.
Stage (girder, shop activity, Erection Area, etc).
Prepare survey report before and after inspection.
