  • Managing escalation cases that meet with Fraud characteristic requirements.
  • Liaise with related units to obtain necessary evidence that registered in the system.
  • Conduct Fraud investigation - All investigations will be conducted in an objective, timely and thorough manner.
  • Produce a recommendation into Investigation report as result of Researches of quality control issues as discovered during investigation.
  • Perform reconciliation case log with relevance units for cases being referred and/or investigated.
  • Support the implementation fraud prevention, detection, deterrence, and recovery fraud strategy for distribution of digital and non-digital insurance products.
  • Actively involved and produce feedback into annual work plan for Fraud Management inclusive annual risk assessment, regular reporting, Fraud guideline, SOPs, Fraud Strategy, Fraud policies.
