Job Description

  • Planning, monitoring, evaluating and developing in the field of HR & Compliance to ensure the effective and efficient capacity of HR in line with business operations.
  • Ensure all areas of HR & Compliance are running well in accordance with governments and company requirements and all the provisions of the Compliance run, just as internal audits, external/buyers audit and maintenance documents.
  • Having good relationships with external parties: environment, government, and ornament of society to preserve security.
  • Mastering the entire scope of HR work such as recruitment,payroll, employee development, training, BPJS,PKB, etc and Compliance’s work such as government policy, buyers, system audits, and document control.
