Our Tech Freelance Recruiters will only need to lead themself and their ongoing hiring project with strong drive and high ambition of placements. In this position, you can use your own initiative to make a difference and achieve your financial and personal goals. We are looking for experienced recruitment professionals on either a full-time or part-time basis with an excellent earning opportunity – commission based. You also can work from wherever. This role is ideal for a process-oriented individual that is able to manage a high volume of reqs without sacrificing candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging internet job boards, professional social media, network referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques
Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process, set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close all offers
Provide regular status updates to Talent Acquisition team and or Hiring Managers on recruitment for open positions
Partner with in house TA team to identify key requirements and set recruitment strategy for designated roles
Proactively develop pools of qualified candidates in advance of need, focusing on digital talent
Schedule in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zones
Maintain recruitment tracking and reports of the candidates, and enhance existing reports where applicable
Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system and proprietary databases
Ideally, you are:
Min Bachelor Degree or equivalent from open major
Successful track record recruiting and filling tech roles and has strong connection in tech talent population
Proactive contributor
Organized and process oriented approach to recruitment and passive candidate pitch
Solid experience with applicant tracking systems
Professional and effective oral and written communication skills
Sincere desire to work in a team environment
