ABOUT THE ROLE The Nielsen Television Audience Measurement (TAM) team is currently looking for an Area Leader. Our Field Operation team plays an integral role in the foundational data on which our business is built. As an Area Leader, you will be leading the field team in the city ( North Sumatra Medan, Aceh).
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the team which consists of Field Recruiters and Field Technicians
Responsible for the target given for the city
Controlling the quality of the team and panels for the city
Carry out quality control in the Panel recruitment process
Recruit, hire and train new members of the operations team
Responsible for team performance reports
Generate reports and be responsible for financial reports for the city it holds
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum Bachelor's Degree in management or a related field is preferred
Previous leadership experience (within this industry preferred)
Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team (eg: manager, team lead or supervisor)
Have general knowledge of recruitment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Office ( Excel), Google Suites (Docs, Sheets)
Experience or interest in television technology/ TV measurement or medial-related background.
Should have an understanding of project management experience and good operational knowledge in the market research industry.
Preferred have excellent field/vendor relations skills including supervision, negotiation and follow-up. Able to collect (75%) part of the scope of work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to use data to improve a team’s operational efficiency
