Requirements
  • Usia maksimal 40 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1
  • Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang dan posisi yang sama
  • Memahami Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, dan HRIS
  • Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Memiliki jiwa leadership dan berintegritas tinggi
  • Memahami peraturan pemerintah terkait ketenagakerjaan
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negoisasi yang baik
  • Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan, disiplin, tegas, jujur dan bertanggung jawab
