About the Role
As our Product Manager, you'll be an instrumental cog in the Merchant Platform wheel at Gojek. In this role, you’ll play a major part in enhancing GoBiz - our merchant-partner Super App. You’ll spend your time translating analytical insights into tactical solutions, articulating the needs of our merchant-partners to our internal teams, and shipping product development features that ease the daily operations of our merchant-partners on the field. Working closely alongside a talented troop of PMs, BI Analysts, Engineers, and Data Scientists, you’ll craft beautifully simple solutions for our merchant-partners and internal teams to enjoy. Your work will help us serve the most relevant, meaningful, and delightful impact features to our merchant-partners, ensuring they get the seamless experience they deserve whenever they utilize our platform.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a product roadmap
Ship impactful features that delight our merchant-partners, ease their daily operations, and bolster their relationship with us
Capture insights from merchant-partner feedback, experiments, research, and data analysis to identify trends and pinpoint their respective drivers
Translate all analytical insights into tactical solutions to improve the product
Be a merchant-partner advocate; articulate their needs and deliver user-friendly solutions to solve their problems
Influence peers, stakeholders, and key executives through the use of data and logic

What You Will Need

A least 2 years of product management experience and a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering or Management
An entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment
An analytical and data-driven mindset; a love for digging into data to understand what’s happening and to define & measure success on every project
Ability to work with agile product development teams and identify new ways to help your team operate more effectively; experience of working with distributed teams is desired
Excellent communication skills and fluent proficiency in English in order to collaborate with stakeholders of various seniority, with customers, partners, and colleagues of different backgrounds, and with our international teams around Asia

About the Team Our Merchant Platform team is a family of around 230+ people based across Jakarta, Yogyakarta, and India consisting of various roles ranging from products, engineering, design, research, program management, operation, go to market and business & strategy roles. We are the team who is building products and services that enable merchants to manage their Food delivery orders, accept payments, manage offline orders through a POS and much more through a merchant app called GoBiz and various backend APIs products. The gist of our role is to create an ecosystem of solutions to support millions of our merchants in the GoTo ecosystem to better manage and grow their businesses, while enabling both internal and external product stakeholders to develop merchant-based solutions in a sustainable manner. We are also the team inside of GoTo company who carries the responsibility to be the voice of Merchants to internal GoTo company and to drive continuous improvement related to product, process and organization so we can collectively deliver high quality products and services to our merchants. We’re a tight-knit, high-functioning team who genuinely love what we do and bonded by two things: passion to serve SME entrepreneurs and passion about life in general. We are a team made up of foodies, gamers and movie nerds.
