The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices. Job Description:
  • Contact sellers and educate them on various Shopee topics
  • Increase Sellers activeness and knowledge about Shopee through our programme
  • Increase sellers' operational and sales performance through our programme
  • Responsible for managing the relationship with sellers after acquisition including supporting the onboarding and incubation process for these sellers
  • Manage and resolve sellers related inquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Responsible for any other tasks related to assigned sellers and programmes
  • Assist sellers during all Shopee campaigns, i.e. weekly or monthly and seasonal campaign
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree from any major
  • Good knowledge and good passion for the e-commerce industry
  • Possesses great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to join immediately
