About the Role
If you’re looking to be a part of a dynamic, highly-analytical team and an opportunity to hone your marketing skills, look no further. As our Marketing Executive for Transport Marketing, you will be handed the reins in creating a big marketing impact for Gojek. Along with managing campaigns, you will be in charge of formulating campaign plans and doing experiments. Working closely with all types of media, creative, and various teams, you will get to contribute to achieving our goal to enable more people to move forward without the hassle with Gojek Transport. The cherry on top: you’ll get to be a part of a team that works in the core products of Gojek which are the pioneer of online ride-hailing in Indonesia.
What You Will Do
Create a marketing brief based on available insight from internal & external research
Manage all different types of marketing initiatives from experiment, tactical, news campaign until Thematic campaign
Collab in developing and executing marketing campaigns effectively and ensure to use all the channels efficiently and achieve each campaign objective
Coordinate with all related stakeholders from the creative team to channel teams
Ensure all marketing initiatives are according to the initial plan
Collaborate with the product team to create a communication plan for any feature launch
What You Will Need
At least 2 years experience in Marketing Communication and/or Brand Marketing
Good understanding of Marketing Mix, Product Brand, Brand Analysis, and/or Business Acumen
Proficient English both in communication and writing
Possesses high learning agility and curiosity and ability to adapt in dynamic working environment

Transport Marketing has 10 members divided into Marketing Communication, Brand Experience, and Marketing Planning. As nasi goreng is to the people of Indonesia, we are to Gojek: providing the nourishment to sustain our business from the inside out. Our main responsibility is to ensure that we defend our position as the pioneer of online ride-hailing in Indonesia.
How does one achieve this, you may ask? By creating an impactful and sustainable marketing initiative. For instance, creating a 360 campaign by reaching out to all types of audiences. What drives us is our shared sense of data-driven and trying to find new opportunities such as personalization. We are working on several projects now, including one about safety and hygiene campaigns where during this challenging time we need to ensure that users know that we have done a lot of efforts to keep each other safe .
As a team, we’re concerned with the growth of the company, and each other’s personal growth and well-being, too; we enjoy bonding over our shared love of workout routines, books, movies, and any other hobbies.
